As someone who has planned a wedding before, I know it can be overwhelming AF. There’s almost too many options, and it boils down to many factors - price, personality, the end result and the overall process. My aim is to provide you with all the info you need up front, to give you peace of mind that you’re in good hands - I’ve got your back.

My shooting style is simple - laid back documentary style vibes, with gentle encouragement for emotive imagery in the portraits. The rest? It’s real life.

The Process

After you’ve had a good look at my website and love my vibe, reach out via my contact form (fill out all the questions so I can give you all the info) and I’ll be in touch within 24 hours. My little info pack will arrive in your inbox with all the nitty gritty details you’re after. Please don’t be shy – ask me everything and anything! If you’re keen, I like to organise either a phone chat or a zoom call to get to know you and your partner (it’s important we all feel comfortable and gel) and if you’re happy – let’s lock it in baby!
If you decide that I’m the gal for you – firstly, I’m bloody chuffed – I will send you a couple of emails to get it all locked and loaded. Firstly a contract (which sounds scary, but it’s mostly just to lay all the terms and conditions on the table so we both have our expectations understood before we start this journey together), which I need signed please and thank you. And secondly an invoice for $750 (which is the retainer payment for your wedding – this comes off your package price). Once both of these have been done, we are ready to roll!
Now comes the fun part – the planning! I’ll send a little guide through which has some tips and tricks for planning from a photography perspective with almost 8 years’ experience shooting weddings under my belt. I leave you mostly alone to create the wedding of your dreams up until a few months before your day, always here if you need (netball joke anyone?) You can reach out to me at any point for advice on anything from timelines through to locations. A few months before I’ll reach out to see if you need anything, send through a questionnaire for you to fill out, and organise either an in person meet up or online before your wedding. I’m always available if you have any questions in the week leading up, just shoot me a text!
The day has arrived and what a whirlwind it will be! I’ll be there every step of the way, helping you relax, enjoy the moment and belly laugh. I’ll capture all the incredible moments, the details that matter, the laughs, the tears, every joy-soaked second.
The come down is real! But you’ll get a sneak peek in your hot little hands within 48 hour of your wedding (30-40 images delivered digitally). While you go and enjoy newlywed life, I’ll bunker down and edit your incredible day, putting together the most incredible collection of images that really tell the story of your love and all the love that surrounds you. You’ll get the full highlight gallery 6-8 weeks after your wedding day (delivered via an online gallery for you to download, share and print), and a little special something in the mail a short time after that. From there we can chat albums and art for your walls, bespoke prints & tangible memories you’ll hold onto forever.

FAQs

You’ll receive a sneak peek of around 20-30 images within 48 hours of your wedding. From there, it takes me roughly 6-8 weeks to edit a full wedding. Sometimes less, sometimes more if life happens, but you’ll always be in the loop and I’ll send little updates as I’m progressing.
Travel to all of Sydney & the Central Coast is included in the above package prices. Travel to the Hunter Valley is a flat fee of $300. Additional travel outside of this will incur a fee (depending on how far, if I have to fly or get accommodation etc) - send me an email for a more thorough quote!
I absolutely do weddings as short as 60 minutes, through to 10 hours. For a smaller package, please reach out and I can do up a custom quote.
For each additional hour above the set packages, it is a set fee of $300 per hour.
Second photographers are available for an additional $60 per hour + travel.
Life happens when we least expect it and while I do everything within my power to capture your wedding day, if an emergency happens I have protocols in place to ensure your day will be captured no matter what. I have a network of talented photographers who I can call upon if something ever did prevent me from shooting your wedding. I would edit your wedding as normal.
As a wedding photographer I have invested in back up gear and insurances, so I’m always covered if something dramatic occurs during the day. This includes insurance for myself, and public liability.
Absolutely you can! I have a selection of beautiful linen albums available (which aren’t so expensive you’d have to sell your first born), as well as custom frames and prints. Once I have delivered your wedding gallery, I’ll send through what is on offer and we can chat further.
Getting your photo taken can seem like a really daunting thing, but I promise you, on the day you’ll be in your love bubble you won’t even think twice about it! My style is very natural and candid, and I have some tricks up my sleeve to get some beautiful emotive images without you having to smile awkwardly at the camera. Besides the portraits (which I try to knock over quickly so I can get you back to the party), I capture real candid moments, so you just enjoy your day with your loved ones and I’ll be snapping away in the background.
